Applications are now open for an 8-week back end web development boot camp taking place Saturdays in downtown Oklahoma City! The boot camp will run from 9am-1pm on 8 consecutive Saturdays beginning March 25 and ending May 13.

What curriculum is covered? And for what cost?

This boot camp will cover back end web development using technologies including JavaScript, node.js., MongoDB, and Restify. Each 4-hr class session will be a mix of lecture and project-based learning. The cost to participate is $395.

Are there any prerequisites?

This boot camp is intended for beginners, but experienced developers are welcome as well! You are not required to have taken the front end OK Coders class in order to apply. For true programming beginners, we highly recommend starting to learn JavaScript on your own as pre-work for the class. Check out the book Eloquent JavaScript and the Codecademy lessons on JavaScript to get started.

How do I sign up?

Applications are at okcoders.com/apply and close at 11:59pm on March 17. We have a limited number of seats, so sign up soon to reserve your spot! Shoot us an email if you have any questions about the applications or the curriculum.
